With finals sneaking up on us all, it’s very important that you stay on top of those study guides and get the best grades you can. Sometimes that’s hard though, staring at a sheet of paper for hours in hopes of getting a good grade. I get it. Here are some of my favorite ways to study that don’t leave you miserable for hours on end (most of the time).
- Quizlet – I’m a big quizlet fan! It’s helpful for memorization when you want to test your knowledge with digital flashcards. It’s also got many different practice modes, which make it easier to mix up your studying and help the time pass
- Blooket – Blooket is another great study tool with all sorts of game modes that keep you focused on the material while still having fun playing a game with your friends. It’s good for memorization, and there’s all sorts of fun characters to collect
- Kahoot – A fun and classic way of studying that I’ve used all throughout my time at NCS, it’s accessible, straightforward, and is harder than flashcards since you’re presented with multiple options to choose from.
- Gimkit – Much like blooket, I’m a big fan of this one for all the different game modes you can use to learn, I especially like that this one is more learning than game focused. I use this for all my harder exams so I can stay very study focused while still having fun memorizing the material and hanging out with friends.
- Quizziz – Even though they’ve changed the name, it will always be Quizziz in my heart. This one reminds me a lot of Kahoot, and is also great for challenging your memorization skills, while having a bit more fun. Especially if you turn on the fun boosts, sound effects, and memes between questions
