This weekend, the Nashville Christian Trap and Skeet team boldly set out for Columbia, Tennessee, driven by excitement to compete in the much-anticipated 2026 Muletown Trap Showdown, an event renowned for attracting elite talent and igniting fierce competition among the region’s most skilled shooters. With three satellite locations across Tennessee, the competition and talent were abundant, drawing participants from diverse backgrounds and skill levels eager to demonstrate their marksmanship. Senior Reed Loden said, “This is a real competition! The wind today is crazy.” After countless hours of dedicated practice, the team was more than ready to unleash their hard-earned skills on the range, fueled by a deep desire for personal achievement and a fierce commitment to represent their school with pride. Each member of the team felt a profound sense of responsibility not just to perform well, but to support one another, knowing that behind every shot was a shared journey of hard work, perseverance, and a passion for the sport that would ultimately define their experience at this prestigious event.
